This position is not with the County of Lambton. It is with our Community Partner, the Municipality of Brooke-Alvinston**Position Overview

The Public Works Department has immediate opening(s) for a Full and Part Time position reporting to the Lead Hand / Public Works Manager.

The qualified person will assist the Public Works Department in the construction and maintenance of all municipal roads, bridges, culverts and other road works within the guidelines of municipal policy and under the direction of the Lead Hand / Public Works Manager.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner including trucks, front end loaders, dozers, graders and other pieces of equipment.

Cleaning and maintenance of equipment is required.

Qualifications:

Applicants are required to have a valid Ontario "DZ" drivers licence and experience in grader operations as well as other heavy equipment.
