Position Overview

CHALLENGES AWAITING YOU
As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all hospital servers and systems.

Aligned with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, this professional, will administer, manage and monitor services and processes for the IT/IS department to provision quality services to its business partners.

In an effort to continuously improve IT process, the incumbent will monitor IT services and take actions when required to assure a high level of quality and performance to the organization and to its clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Education and experience

College or University diploma in Computer Sciences, Systems or Network administration
ITIL certification, an asset
Three (3) years working experience in medium to large organization in System and Network Administration (i.e. maintaining and supporting corporate infrastructures)
Experience in diagnosing network architecture issues and making recommendations and improvements
Ability to learn and research new technologies;
Excellent project management skills;
Proven experience supporting and maintaining networking typologies and standards;
Knowledge in managing security systems using best practices;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment;
Strong customer service orientation;
Ability to present ideas in userfriendly language;
Driver's License. Valid in Ontario
Bilinguism (English and French)
