Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:
- As a leader on the Direct team, you'll collaborate with our crossfunctional partners in UX, CRM, and dev to define how we show up in these crucial consumer touch points. You'll be expected to utilize a full range of people management, strategy, and visual design skills.

- Hands on and iterative, we build creative with the same passion embodied in our product. Art Directors, Designers, Photographers, Stylists, and Writers create with a wide breadth of creative skills. We are comfortable behind the pen, on an exposed ridgeline, and in any global city.
If you were the Digital Design Director now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Being in the work and above it, delivering design that communicates impeccable taste, integrates our new brand guidelines, and unpacks product education and superiority
- Managing and developing two inhouse digital designers as well as a full roster of freelancers; utilizing your own network to bring in the bestinclass talent
- Forwarding our optimization efforts by understanding how to integrate data and insights into our work
- Collaborating with digital partners to create templates and A/B tests that connect with and convert audiences
- Overseeing multiple projects and scaling design resources accordingly to ensure deadlines are met and your team are up for success by setting clear and measurable goals
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Partnering closely with brand writers, project managers, photographers, and our Art and Editorial Directors to evolve our digital storytelling
- Building a compelling vision— both short term and longterm—along with masterfully crafted decks that drive collaboration and alignment across platforms and the company
Are you our next Digital Design Director?:
- You have 8+ years in digital design working with premium brands
- You have 3+ years of leading high functional teams
- You have achieved wizard status in Figma; motion fluency a major plus
- You have deep experience creating alignment across crossfunctional teams and disciplines
- Your passion for work is matched by your passion for getting outside
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $122,000 $167,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as jobrelated skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
