As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team.

The Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Kanto Audio's social media strategy (_there will be elements of social with Kanto Mounts as well)._ This position will be responsible for creating captivating content, fostering community engagement, and maximizing brand visibility across popular social media channels.

The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging, drive traffic to our website, and contribute to our overall growth and success.

• Content Creation:
• Develop and curate compelling visual and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and shareable multimedia content, including images, videos, infographics, and animations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies to maintain relevance and freshness.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Foster meaningful connections with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to cultivate a loyal and engaged community.
• Organize and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to encourage participation and increase brand awareness.
• Social Media Management:
• Create and manage a social media calendar and posting schedule to ensure consistent and timely content distribution.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as follower growth, engagement rates, and website referrals.
• Utilize analytics to optimize content and strategies, improving reach and conversion rates.
• Recommend appropriate social media platforms to post on and manage each according to their demographic.
• Develop social media platforms in new regions worldwide and assist our existing international partners with content and engagement.
• Brand Advocacy and Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and credibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and facilitate content collaborations.
• Social Listening:
• Monitor social media conversations and trends related to Kanto Audio (and Mounts), the audio industry, and competitors.
• Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product development and marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the audio or consumer electronics industry.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and datadriven decisionmaking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
