Our team is searching for a detail ‑ oriented and proactive Signage Coordinator to support the coordination, execution, and delivery of signage projects across our self ‑ storage portfolio. In this role, you will manage signage requests from scope through installation, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure all signage meets our brand, safety, and operational standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Communicate with approved signage vendors to confirm scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate signage orders from request through installation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Maintain project trackers and documentation to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Review artwork, layouts, and material specifications for compliance with brand guidelines.
• Monitor progress and escalate delays or issues promptly to the Manager, Signage.
• Track basic cost data and support budget monitoring for signage projects.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and capital projects teams to align signage needs with site priorities.
• Identify process improvements and assist in evaluating new vendors or materials.
• Ensure signage meets safety, regulatory, and branding requirements.
• Support occasional site visits to validate installations and resolve urgent needs.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• 2+ years in a mid-level or coordinator role, preferably in self-storage, facilities, or hospitality.
• Experience in a small or medium-sized business environment, ideally in a high-growth organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn SaaS tools quickly (e.g., Smartsheet, Yardi, Adobe).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Valid passport to enable cross-border travel when required.
