We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Data Entry Assistant, **Product and Costing **to join the Product team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and modification of specification sheets;
- Review art work and ensure it conforms to the specification sheets;
- Verify finished product against specification sheet information (ex: measurements, weight);
- Take pictures of samples, upload them and transfer to the art department for official photography;
- Enter data into various systems;
- Manage the archiving of specification sheets.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge and experience using Excel;
- Good English communication skills, French is an asset;
- Ability to work as a team;
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Able to multitask effectively and manage priorities;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of ERP, PIM or PLM an asset.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) **Assistant(e) Saisie de Données, Produits et Coûts** motivé(e) avec un souci aux détails.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister dans la création et la modification des fiches techniques;
- Réviser les images et s'assurer de leur conformité avec les fiches techniques ;
- Vérifier le produit fini contre les spécifications sur les fiches techniques (ex : mesures, poids, etc.) ;
- Prendre des photos des échantillons, télécharger et transférer au département d'art pour la photographie officielle ;
- Entrer les données dans des systèmes différents ;
- Gérer les archives des fiches techniques.

**Connaissances et Compétences**:

- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel;
- Bonne communication en Anglais, le Français est un atout ;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe;
- Grande attention aux détails et un fort sentiment de responsabilité;
- Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches et de gérer efficacement les priorités;
- Capacité d'adaptation à un environnement dynamique, en constante évolution;
- Connaissance des systèmes ERP, PIM ou PLM, un atout.

**Expérience**:

- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un travail de bureau.
