MenloLab Administrative Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team.

As we continue to develop and expand our software products and services, we need an individual who is passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.


If you have experience in office management or administrative roles and you are interested in working closely with a multidisciplinary team, then this job is for you.

We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional who is proactive in organizing and streamlining tasks while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Your role as an Administrative Manager is to oversee and optimize the administrative processes of our startup. We expect you to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

This role will require you to actively collaborate with the entire team, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as bookkeeping, payroll, HR, and other administrative tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits plan administration
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist in the planning and execution of team meetings and events
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative practices and tools
  • Support the team in various administrative capacities as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience before education. A related degree, diploma, or certificate is recommended but not required

Compensation
Depending on the individual's experience, the expected compensation range is between $50,000 and $60,000 salary plus stock options.
