Job Title
Business Development Lead
What will you do?
- Work closely with RBC WMC Marketing partners to design/build/manage team's website, including maintenance and posting new content for clients
- Execute the creation of marketing materials using content creation, management, and publishing tools while adhering to brand guidelines
- Oversite of key metrics for tracking efficacy and impact of various marketing initiatives and of website activity
- Respond to general client inquiries (account transactions, requests for tax receipts, account reporting, etc.)
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with industry regulatory requirements
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- IRlicensed or successful completion of both the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) within the last two years
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- High level of time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing worldclass client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures
- Experience in the securities industry is an asset
