Trunking and Network Connectivity As the Product Manager for Sangoma's Trunking and Network Connectivity portfolio of products, you will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success, finance, legal) across the company to develop and drive the product strategy and execution for Sangoma's Wholesale Services (Trunking), Retail Trunking, and Hardware based network connectivity products.

As a Product Manager, you will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional leaders (sales, marketing, customer success, finance, legal) across the company to develop and drive the product strategy and execution.

• Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and strategy for your products in support of the overall business strategy, including maintaining a clear product roadmap that drives revenue growth, or in the case of the network connectivity products, minimizes the decline / maximizes the value we still have in that product set.
• Partner closely and engage consistently with marketing, sales, and customer success leaders to develop gotomarket strategies to win in targeted customer segments and create endtoend operational plans to profitably grow and scale the business and drive business value.
• Drive engineering to deliver on the roadmap.
• Work with various sales operations personnel to keep the price lists accurate, etc.
• Create and maintain product specific "golden" presentations that can be used with sales interactions.
• Work closely with product marketing on product positioning and campaigns.
• Be the expert in and provide leadership on the trunking and network connectivity market and competitive landscape.
• Occasionally interface with analysts and attend/present at key conferences.
• Educate customers, prospects, and partners about our product releases, priorities, and vision.
• Partner with sales and business development personnel to identify key partnerships to help drive awareness and showcasing the breadth and depth of our offerings in the marketplace.

• BA or BS in Business, Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience.
• Proven product manager who understands highly technical products and is experienced at influencing engineers and making product tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated track record of success working with broad crossfunctional teams with ability to evangelize and convince internal constituencies, executives, customers, analysts, and partners on your ideas and plans for fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of the customer and enduser experience driving adoption and stickiness.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Highly organized and detailoriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
