This role is responsible for driving excellence throughout the site through employee engagement.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify high-impact initiatives that provide step-change improvement within the site.
• Assure execution of continuous improvement projects, supporting project sponsors or process owners in their successful completion. Assist teams with method implementation and align projects with operating goals.
• Provide site leadership of all continuous improvement activities within all areas of the organization, driving clear linkage to value streams.
• Implement a mechanism to sustain progress as the site gains experience with methodologies. Incorporate learnings and new methods identified throughout the corporation into site processes.
