Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Duties that require standing, walking and reaching
Exposure to a hot environment during warm weather
Repetition of tasks and duties
Excellent manual dexterity and hand work
Lifting between 515 lbs, sometimes continuously
Working safely at all times and within customer quality specifications

Wags increases occur at regular intervals until the current top rate is reached. There is a shift premium on afternoons shift.

Shifts are non-rotating and are 8 hours with paid lunches and breaks.

Dana Canada provides Medical (90% coverage), Dental, STD, AD&D and Life Insurance benefits, with the company paying 90% of the premium.

Dana Canada, Oakville also provides a defined Contribution pension plan, with the company making contributions to the plan on behalf of the employee.
