Job Overview:
Mgr, Key Accounts, CASO/RTD Ontario
As the Key Account Manager, CASO/RTD, you are accountable to support the growth of our Canada Dry trademark and RTD (Ready-to-drink) brands' revenue, gross profit and market share through influencing KDP's partners to drive engagement and accountability in executing our portfolio across all channels of trade.
What you will do:
- Be the first point of contact for KDP, and build strong relationships with several levels in our partners' sales organizations (ie Sales Directors, District Sales Managers and Regional Account Executives)
- Analyze sales data (Shipment, Nielsen, Partner Sales Data platforms) and identify marketplace gaps and opportunities for our brands from a regional lens
- Develop and own regionalsspecific plans for growth opportunities with customer and field sales, both at retail and on premise
- Conduct regular business reviews with customer key decision makers, including annual and seasonal business plan presentations
- Execute Retail and Food Service audit & work withs, with necessary followups to correct gaps and act on opportunities
What you will be accountable for:
- Sales, Market Share and P&L Performance for Canada Dry and RTD Brands at the regional level
- Execution excellence in all channels of trade at the regional level
- Establish routine and governance leadership with partners at the regional level
Requirements:
What you must have:
- Bachelor's degree with 710 years experience in sales, marketing or related roles
- Experience in CPG preferred
- Selfmotivated with the ability to perform in a fastpaced and changing environment
- Outstanding customer service and followup skills
- Ability to influence (without direct authority) internal and customer decisionmaking across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel), Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency / Strong learning agility with sales data platforms (Nielsen, Kurt)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Must live in the Ontario province
- Territory: Ontario Province
