    Main functions

    • Ensure compliance with our standards.
    • Keeping within budgets.
    • Ensure control of deposits and petty cash.
    • Make or approve orders.
    • Handle customer complaints.
    • Maintains a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively and facilitating meetings with employees.
    • Implement promotional activities.
    • Ensure the training of new employees and the development of existing employees.
    • Maintain updates to all manuals.
    • Ensure compliance with the employee manual, company regulations, labour laws and occupational health and safety standards.
    • Apply preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
    • Establish staff needs or work schedules.
    • Ensure the recruitment and hiring of team members.
    • Evaluate team members.
    • Executes all other tasks requested by the franchisee.

    Requirements

    Completion of Secondary V may be required, followed by 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a dining room or kitchen, or in a management position in a retail business. Work schedules are generally fixed. Frequent work evenings, weekends and holidays. Office work outside peak hours.
