    Job Overview

    The role of CNC administrator is pivotal in the functioning of a business, responsible for ensuring seamless operations and resolving disruptions. This position involves working with cross-functional teams to analyze and support complex systems critical to the organization.




    Key Responsibilities


    • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure E1 runs efficiently on AS400.

    • Support package builds and deployments, maintaining close relationships with stakeholders for effective communication.

    • Analyze and resolve system issues impacting production, manage risk, improve support efficiency, and enhance technical processes continuously.

    • Participate in bi-annual disaster recovery tests to guarantee business continuity. 

    • Liaise with the Security team for compliance-related tasks such as SOX audits etc.

      • The successful candidate will also be required to maintain up-to-date systems (patches and upgrades) across various applications. 
      with occasional 24/7 on-call responsibilities are anticipated.
