Use your talents as an executive assistant to help us improve client service practices for Wealth Advisors at National Bank Financial.


Your role:

  • Provide executive support to Senior Wealth Advisor
  • Manage advisor's inbox and drafting communications from advisor for internal and external purposes
  • Handling the bills, supply orders and invoices for the team expenses
  • Organize various client events throughout the year
  • Prepare reporting and supporting documentation to help advisors in their business development activities
  • Manage and oversee social media and keep the website up to date
  • Manage IT requests and troubleshooting for team
  • Manage advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected


Your primary responsibilities will surround supporting the Senior Investment Advisor in running his administrative and operational routine and business development activities.

In this position, you will help National Bank Financial to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment dealer in Canada. We have almost 1,000 Investment Advisors in over 100 branches, helping more than 400,000 clients manage their assets.

Reporting to the regional manager, you will work with an investment advisor at a single branch with a client-facing environment.

Required skills:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Proficient in technology (i.e. Microsoft office, in particular word and excel, understanding of Wordpress will be an asset)
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organizational and priority management skills

Desired competencies:

  • Autonomous, dynamic, and meticulous
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required depending on where the position is located
