  • As the regional _
    _Vice President__, your primary function is to drive company growth, increase market share and create/ enhance brand recognition. Working closely with the new business team and the strategy hub to create a unified approach to the other branches across North America. This individual is AdFarm's "Industry Relations Champion" and accountable for expanding AdFarm's external agricultural footprint and influence as a board member, public speaker, and industry thought leader in the agricultural sector. As a senior leader in the organization, this individual will also be involved in supporting national client needs, as needed, developing and mentoring the AdFarm team, and pitching new clients and services._

- _Build and deploy a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve the company's 5- year growth goals for the Guelph office._
- _Manage and support the business within Eastern Canada and the Guelph office. _
- _Act as a mentor, coach and sponsor for AdFarm professionals_
- _Collaborate effectively and cross-functionally to deeply understand why we do what we do; how we approach our work; and how our work affects improvements in our industry_
- _Serve as a brand ambassador across the industry, supporting and selling AdFarm's services, reflecting our mission, values and purpose_
- _Act as AdFarm's key external relations advisor, ensuring strong relations with ag industry associations _
- _Help connect our clients and AdFarm to current issues and industry events by working your network and attending the places where we need to be seen_
- _Help to formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction internally as well as for our client's business or of a specific area of functional responsibility, such as developing a strategic marketing plans based on an Agricultural outlook._
- _Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards. Be aware of any opportunities the organization can leverage and pursue for its advantage._
- _At times, develop and manage marketing budgets and metrics, lead generation goals and provide detailed and accurate forecasting as needed for our Clients._
- _Manage the revenue and opportunity pipeline, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth as well as opportunistic success._
- _Support the Canadian team in Strategic planning as needed within the realm of PR & Comms _
- _Capture evidence of our impact through direct connections with those we serve._
- _In conjunction with the Strategy department develop comprehensive Ag training plans for new hires as well as ongoing training for tenured staff._
- _Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and key internal stakeholders._
- _Develop process improvements and cross-department efficiencies to improve the customer experience, scale the business and improve profitability._
