    About this opportunity
    We are looking for a Radio Software Developer to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, highly collaborative technical environment. The team will be responsible for taking ownership of customer software issues and driving them to resolution.
    We follow Lean and Agile methodology and ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

    You will

    • Working through ambiguous problem statements to understand issues

    • Troubleshooting issues to determine cause in collaboration with other design teams

    • Deciding with team on best way to resolve issues

    • Coding and testing of solutions

    • Clear communication and documentation of investigation progress

    • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar software in any software layer

    • Drive innovative improvements to the development environment and ways of working

    To be successful in this role you must have

    • 3+ years of work experience in radio software or wireless embedded software product development or support

    • 2+ years of work experience with the implementation of functions related to LTE and NR (4G/5G) technologies

    • B.Sc, or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

    • Working with radio software application/platform and understanding radio architecture DU/BB, RAN, 3GPP are a strong asset

    • Development experience with C , C++, and Java will be an asset

    • Advanced Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, to be able to tackle a wide variety of problems of varying complexity quickly, efficiently, and with minimal supervision

    • Experience with source-code management tools like GIT, Gerrit

    • Solid understanding of Linux as a development environment

    • People skills required to provide effective communication to build positive relationships internally as well as externally

    • Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

    • Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools

    This role reports to the Manager, Application Software
