Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process PDIs, 30 Days, 1 Year, and 2 Year claims from Tarion to New Star.
- Coordinate homeowner appointments and daily interactions to resolve concerns promptly.
- Schedule service technicians and trades for open claim items, ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize all required documentation for appointments and maintain updated technician paperwork.
- Generate and distribute biweekly Warranty Aging Reports and essential purchase orders.
- Respond to and schedule emergency calls while managing model home maintenance.
- Prepare documentation and schedule Conciliations, filing necessary forms.
- Collect, track, and schedule Exterior Occupancies, distributing pending lists to the Service Manager.
- Send critical homeowner memos (e.g., curb, driveway, sod install) and notify of delayed closings.
- Order necessary trade materials for service, following Assistant Service Manager guidelines.
- Adhere to CPG Guidelines for accurate issue documentation and work closely on files.
- Perform any other necessary duties as required for smooth operations.
You will bring:
- Postsecondary education in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts and projects at once.
- Strong communication skills to enhance our customer's experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail, innovative thinking, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and also effectively as part of a team.
- Must be highly motivated with a demonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer service.
