Location: 2200 Eagle Street North, Cambridge, Ontario

Hours:
On-site Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

We are seeking an entry level HR professional who would love to work in a fast-paced company and has the ability to grow from within.

This role is focused around compliance If you have a keen eye for detail, have strong organization skills and are tech savvy, we'd love to meet you.

Role and Responsibilities:

New Employee set up and access level assignment related to systems and portals
Employee changes and offboarding related to many company systems and portals
Orientation package creation
New hire documentation review
Filing, creating letters, scanning, copying, etc.
HR special projects including audits of systems
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Completion of a Human Resource Management degree, diploma, or certificate program
CHRP designation is an asset
Wellversed in employment laws and regulations
Above average computer skills
HRIS experience is considered an asset and specifically BambooHR
PBS experience is an asset
Excellent judgment, professionalism, maturity, and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Multitasking, timemanagement skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
