Qualifications

- Positive and eager to learn attitude.
- 25 years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous knowledge in working with Access Based Databases, a plus.
- Must have book keeping skills
- Autonomous and resourceful
- Multitasking skills
- Experience with Union payroll an asset
HR and Payroll Responsibilities
- Managing/keeping track of employee hours, pay issues, allowances, expenses and deductions
- Assist with hiring and termination processes
- Run payroll using Quickbooks Online
- Maintaining and updating employee profiles and tickets
- Administrating benefits
Accounting Responsibilities
- Accounts payable/receivables
- Bank Reconciliations
- Generating and keeping record of Purchase Orders
- Government remittance and filings
- Maintaining and managing all accounts and expenses
Travel/Site Coordinator Responsibilities
- Assist with arranging accommodations for site employees
Administrative Responsibilities
- Updating company website as required
- Tagging office and shop equipment
- Publishing and maintaining online job postings
- Electronic and hard filing
- Managing and updating shared Calendars
- Answering and transferring incoming calls while providing information when needed
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
- Creating and updating corporate documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Ordering advertising supplies (business cards, leaflets, etc.)
- Maintaining and updating databases as required
- Assist executives as needed
Job Types:

$20.57-$21.81 per hour
