Mingshine is looking for a committed, experienced, and hardworking detailer to join our team. The position is for an experienced automotive detailer and compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Wash and detail the exterior and interior of vehicles according to Mingshine standards or customer wishes
• Compounding and Polishing
• Rust Proofing and Undercoating
• Scratch Repairs
• Paint Touchups
• Use of detailing equipment such as vacuums, detail vaporizers, air compressors, and Polishing machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Extreme Attention to detail
• Knowledge and use of a variety of detailing products and techniques such as wet sanding, polishing, paint blending/matching
• Class 5 License
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and use of a variety of detailing products
• The ability to engage in physical work for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently and Team environment
• Problem-Solving
• Experience in auto detailing a must. All others will not be considered at the moment
• Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) is an asset
• Experience with Window Tint is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00-$23.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
