    Reporting to: HR Manager

    Department: Human Resources

    Location: Vancouver Head Office

    Salary: 60-65k

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and sustain learning programs for employees, focusing on learning & development, leadership development, and employee experience.
    • Support new store training strategies and regional training assessments.
    • Coordinate training setup in the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage translation of materials if needed.
    • Audit training practices in stores to ensure high-quality delivery.
    • Provide data analytics on training metrics.
    • Facilitate virtual classes and train-the-trainer sessions.
    • Instruct various courses, present at conferences, and host online and in-person trainings.
    • Research L&D trends and revise training curriculum accordingly.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program design and delivery.
    • Partner with business subject matter experts to create learning materials.
    • Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.

    Requirements:

    • Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent experience.
    • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of LMS and reporting capabilities.
    • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems and web design.
    • Familiarity with adult learning principles and content development.
    • Video editing and graphics design skills are a plus.
    • Fluency in English required, French language skills preferred.
