Every HealthCraft Product that leaves our facility is delivered to a person who requires life-changing support to continue living independently.


We are seeking a
Shipping Clerk / Order Picker who is passionate about our mission to help others and understands the importance of ensuring that our customers receive their delivery quickly and efficiently.


The
Shipping Clerk / Order Picker is accountable to deliver a high degree of service and value to our customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the customer order shipping process within an ERP system
  • Verify manifests, invoices and orders to ensure they are processed accurately
  • Manage, verify, coordinate and document information on all incoming and outgoing shipments from the finished goods department which includes; waybills, international declaration of goods B13, commercial invoices
  • Complete any and all receiving, shipping, picking, packing, inventory checks as required
  • Monitor inventory levels of products on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with inventory control and procurement for expected deliveries
  • Coordinate with Sales to meet customer expectations for delivery dates and deadlines
  • Maintain picking accuracy and responsibility for complete and correct shipments to customers
  • Print and process various documents; pick list, packing list, bill of lading using shipping software
  • Ensure shipping documents are properly completed and accurate
  • Assemble containers and crates, use a pump truck and forklift to load outbound freight shipments
  • Organize cross border and international shipments
  • Work with product distribution centers for inventory fulfillment requirements
  • Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with products that need to be shipped
  • Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Compliance with all safety guidelines as well as HealthCraft policies and procedures
  • Performance expectations for time and quantity (fast paced)

Requirements:


  • If you like to move quickly and with purpose, you will love it here
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a shipping position; FedEx, UPS shipping software and procurement of freight / logistics
  • Computer skills and experience with ERP order processing software
  • A positive outlook and "get'er done" attitude
  • A team player that contributes to corporate culture

  • A commitment to continuous Improvement
  • Strong communication skills (English; verbal and written)
  • Forklift license
  • Safety Footwear and knowledge of workplace safety
  • Reliable and hard working
  • Able to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Quick to learn, problem solver, critical thinker, keen attention to detail
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Work Conditions:


  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects
  • Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (ear protection, respirator, safety eyewear, safety footwear)
  • Regularly works near moving mechanical parts
  • Requires good manual dexterity
  • Excellent stamina is required
  • Work in conditions of heat, humidity, dust, noise, repetitive tasks and hazards associated with a machine shop
  • Long periods of time standing

TOTAL COMPENSATION & CARE:

Base Salary: Dependent on experience and demonstrated performance, ranging from $20 - $24/Hour
