Position Summary
The
Customer Service Representative plays an important role in the customer care and service CareRx provides. They provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction via telephone, which requires an exceptional attention to detail. Their support to the Pharmacy and our Homes is crucial for the success of the pharmacy.


This is a Full Time position offering benefits after 3 months

Your Day to Day:


  • Triage customer issues & escalating to appropriate staff members as needed
  • Prioritize incoming phone calls to the pharmacy
  • Provide exceptional customer service on the phone for any and all inquiries.
  • Assist in pharmacy operations as required
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of completed work as per policies and procedures
  • Preparing prescriptions (gathering data from nursing staff) to be filled via dispensary software
  • Processing and adjudicating refill prescriptions
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards

What You Bring To The Team:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to maintain a professional demeanor when speaking with clientele
  • Remains calm under pressure and is able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience; strong motivation to succeed
  • Possess a positive, cooperative and teamoriented attitude
  • Experience with KROLL, Point Click Care and Med E-Care
