The company's expertise encompasses customs brokerage, production, storage, and inbound/outbound logistics via various modes of transport, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Truck Freight, and Express.


As we continue our trajectory of expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 3PL Sales Executive who will not only contribute to our success but also play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.

Sales commission is calculated as a percentage of gross or net profit.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation and 3PL sector.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Present our comprehensive range of transportation and logistics services in a compelling manner and clearly articulate the value proposition and unique advantages of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives and continuously track and report on sales performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and adapt sales strategies to meet evolving market demands.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute insights to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferable within the logistics or 3PL industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics concepts, supply chain processes, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
