Index app for word documents

Job summary
I have typed up various word documents like the attached example. I want you to index the word document and create an excel database called index_date it was created. The software is to exact specific text from the word document and insert it into columns below:- doc name - is the name of the word document;
- where the document is stored (ie the file path);
- RegNo if the person has a number as described below;
- initials - see below;
- surname;
- post nominals, see below;
- unit, see below.
