What you'll do:
- Support the Meat Manager in all aspects of the Meat Operations
- Oversee daily operations in the meat department to maintain excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department
- Ensure the meat department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy
- Maintain customer standards by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns
- Participate in the training and development of meat department team members
- Perform general duties, as assigned including backup support for the Meat Manager

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Post-secondary education in related field (Meat Cutting & Merchandising)
- You have Retail Meat Department experience
- You have previous Retail Produce experience.
- Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- You have exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- You have strong time management and organizational skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
