Our firm offers a full service to the development industry with a staff of over fifty experienced employees. Our forte is constructing high density residential housing from stacked townhouses to fifty storey buildings.

We currently have an opening for a hardworking, multi-tasking and detailed individual with a positive and professional attitude to join our team as a full-time
Administrative Assistant.



The key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Provides administrative support to the Finance & Accounting team.
  • Reviews and handles all correspondence including drafting of responses and produces official correspondence as required
  • Prepares and coordinates material and catering for key meetings, including the creation and enhancement of presentation and support materials
  • Administers the wireless account and coordinates office equipment & supply inventory
  • Facilitates deliveries and deposits to banking institutions and other offices as required
  • Records weekly minutes of various status meetings
  • Relieves the front reception desk as required
  • Other administrative support including filing, faxing, and photocopying as essential
  • Assists with special projects

This position requires:


  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience is preferred
  • Postsecondary education in a related field is an advantage
  • Valid drivers license and access to a car is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet
  • Must be able to work both independently with mínimal supervision and as an integral part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Methodical; ability to plan and organize with good attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in representing the Company
  • Sensitivity to confidential information
  • Strong customer service with the ability to address inquiries by identifying, recommending, and implementing thoughtful solutions
  • Proactive, time management and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
