- Stand Leads are responsible for ensuring the overall smooth operation of their designated location.
- Maintaining stock levels and following the necessary ordering procedures when required.
- Required to instruct, direct, and supervise all staff working in the designated location to ensure all duties are being performed according to set policies and standards and health and safety, along with maintaining the highest possible customer service standards.
- Required to count opening and closing inventory efficiently.
- Maintaining all required paperwork such as employee timesheets, temperature control logs, ordering forms, stand sheets, transfer sheets, etc.
- Must conduct pre-event team meetings with employees at their designated location. Communicating event information, observations from previous events, and directions on various areas of Employee Standards.
- At the end of the event, the Stand Lead must take completed stand sheets to the office for close out. If there are any discrepancies the Stand Lead must return to their location for a recount.
- Must have a valid Smart Serve and be at least years of age to handle alcohol legally.
- Previous experience supervising employees.
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed.

Position Overview:
This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled.
