    Description
    Director, Corporate Engagement in our SouthWest region.

    This individual will have a passion for building strategic partnerships with corporate volunteer leaders, ensuring positive and mutually rewarding relations.

    Director will lead the design and implementation of corporate volunteer strategies, crafting recruiting, stewarding, and mapping opportunities for our top volunteer relationships and to encourage future volunteers.

    This individual will work closely with internal and external constituents across the region to ensure a consistent and proactive approach to corporate volunteer engagement.

    This is a remote position with the preference that the candidate live within one of the six states of the SouthWest region – Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming.

    Demonstrate the ability to build a network of meaningful corporate volunteer and staff partnerships.

    Manage regional councils by developing a recruitment pipeline and strategies to get results and achieve the mission and strategic objectives of the Association.

    Manage key region-wide leadership projects and initiatives, working in partnership with volunteer and staff committees and task forces.

    Create initiatives that will result in building a stronger, future-focused culture for the members of the region board and beyond.

    Research and develop pipelines for top-level volunteers moving into the region.
    Ability to communicate strategic direction and provide consultation to volunteer committees and board members.
    Proactively research and develop pipelines for potential future high-level volunteer engagement across the region.

    Demonstrated critical thinking skills in assessing the local market environment and available resources to successfully implement new and existing programs.

    Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    8+ years of experience working with and managing high-level volunteers preferred.
    Digital expertise including Dynamics CRM, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Suite.

    Ability to travel daily and overnight approximately 50%; requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis.

    Communication and writing skills.
