We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On Floor Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and lead a team to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Train and develop staff on food preparation techniques, customer service skills, and operational procedures.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee the operation of POS systems such as Toast.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices throughout the establishment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and presentation.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.

Skills

  • Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices, culinary techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Experience in staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting in a restaurant setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams within the hospitality industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
