Description

Job Duties:
Ensuring a safe and efficient function of the shop

supervise shop employees

Hands on assistance in fabrication of ongoing projects as needed

Develop, train and coach shop staff

Complete daily schedule, station assignments, training

Assists senior management in various duties

Maintaining time and attendance for shop staff

Responsible for all quality control

Ensure clean and organized work areas

Complete all required paperwork

Maintain and/or service all shop equipment

Proactive communication with all depts. To ensure job flow quality

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years experience in a Processing Plant

Ability to coach, train, and motivate staff

Valid drivers license

Drug free (ability to pass a drug test)

Basic computer skills

Able to lift up to 75lbs

Able to stand for long periods of time

Work well with others

Prior leadership roll experience
