Server Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Server is to provide friendly, efficient, and responsible service in a relaxing and comfortable environment. In addition to having a solid knowledge of specific product and promotions, the Server is knowledgeable about and promotes the Smitty's menu, products and brand.
