  • Make sure all information is complete and accurate.
  • Deal with all guests questions and issues
  • Serving togo baggie breakfasts to guests (morning shift only, COVID19)
  • Communicate with management and staff members to come up with the best solution
  • Selling rooms in person and over the phone
  • Cleaning and Inventory
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere
