    Description

    Waterbury Newton is a well-established, progressive firm in the Annapolis Valley offering a full range of legal services to our clients. Our lawyers' philosophy of quality service to our clients and a commitment to the community is reflected in all we do. Our team consists of knowledgeable partners, innovative associate lawyers, experienced paralegals and administrative staff.

    We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team.

    Specific Skills

    Draft and prepare correspondence, agreements, forms, and court documents.
    Transcribe dictation.
    Strong communication skills.
    Strong knowledge of full Microsoft office Suite
    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
    Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
    Interaction with clients.
    Strong organizational skills.
