As a Senior Treasury Analyst at SIRVA you will lead cash management operations including cash & liquidity management forecasting funding foreign entities daily operating needs preparation approval payments online bank administration opening closing bank accounts in a global setting.
Responsibilities
- Cash & Liquidity Management (50-75%): Compile review forecast daily cash positions requirements of global operations ensuring all necessary funding payments achieved in timely manner Preparation Forecast vs Actual variance analysis Understand various country banking regulatory requirements of global organization with bank accounts 14 different countries currencies around world Monitor Treasury email account respond day-to-day banking service requests investigations general queries Monitor prepare monthly bank fees report Maintaining tracking movement of global funds including management multi-currency notional pooling system Complete Monthly Transfer Pricing Interest other Intercompany wire payments Complete track Securitization financing settlements monthly interest payments Open close bank accounts around globe maintain signing officer records Bank documentation relationship management Assist Audit queries as required Foreign Exchange Trading Convert currencies effective rates support cash liquidity needs Administration Controls Primary online bank administrator Ensure internal controls procedures adhered to Assist management banking related costs consolidation banking services bank accounts online bank administration Other Work Tax on cash repatriation initiatives from foreign entities excess cash Working functional areas drive working capital management efficiencies improvements forecast process.
