Role:

Developing new business leads in Horticulture retail products and largescale growers in Western Canada
Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged into a CRM system
Preparing and analyzing data to build a sales pipeline
Offer support to department heads as required
Offering professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
Handling customer concerns effectively
Providing guidance on price competitiveness
Participating in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary

Requirements:

Valid class 5 license, clean drivers abstract & reliable vehicle
Well maintained vehicle business use allowance.68 cents/km
2+ years in outside sales experience
2+ years experience in the horticultural or agricultural field
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Agriculture, Farming or related experience
Experience using a CRM, preferably Hubspot
