Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in Seniors Mental Health with the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA), you will provide direct face-to-face supports to clients living with responsive behaviors associated with mental health and addictions. You will work as part of the Huron Perth Seniors Mental Health and Addiction Response Team supporting older adults in hospital long-term care settings. This role requires regular travel throughout Huron and Perth.
+ Qualifications:- Current registered member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Certification in Mental Health Nursing
- Current BLS Certificate
