Teaching new employees how to access employee benefits
:
-
Work with employees to resolve issues related to their benefits, including answering questions, investigating concerns, and escalating issues as required.

Hours: Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday
- Friday)
Hourly rate is dependent on experience
:

Health benefits and vacation pay offered.
- Teaching new employees how to access employee benefits.
- Work with employees to resolve issues related to their benefits, including answering questions, investigating concerns, and escalating issues as required.
- Assess and coordinate client benefits programs, including health claims, disability claims, and other health related benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, benefits coverage, and other relevant information.
- Process benefit claims and work with insurance providers and other service providers to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of claims.
- Identify and resolve issues related to employee benefits program.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and vendors through excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience and Certification Requirements:
- One to three years of human resources experience or experience working in similar positions is required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Understanding of the products or services the business provides, the industry that the company works in, and the benefits that employees at similar businesses usually expect.
- Understanding of the interest rates and retirement accounts and any fees associated with them.
- Ability to analyze and interpret employee surveys and other data.
- Proficient English language skills required.
A reliable means of transportation is required.
Education:
Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
