Service Manager Assistant

Busy hydraulic fluid power repair company is seeking someone to fill a new position of Cylinder Service Manager Assistant.

Qualifications:

Highly Organized
Able to keep a Service Manager organized
Comfortable with Computers
Capable of working in Outlook, Excel and Word
Able to learn a new computer program
Able to give input in developing and refining systems and processes
Personable, and comfortable working with a team
Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
Excellent command of the English language
Good on the phone with customers

Responsibilities:

Keeping a Priority Spreadsheet uptodate (Excel)
Staying informed on all jobs in process
Calling and updating customers on job progress
Logging customer communication
Entering information into the Shoptech Computer Program
Preparing and printing Packing Slips for outgoing components
Preparing computer and paperwork for invoicing
Assisting the Service Manager with other areas as needed (POs, ordering material, etc.)
Keeping all paperwork organized
Filling in when the Service Manager is absent in order to keep work flowing

This position could conceivably work into a future Management Position.

Salary:
$16.00-$22.00 per hour
