Position Overview:
As a
Project Manager your objectives are to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Qualifying Plans:_
- Assess and review project plans for feasibility and compliance.
Permit Management:_
- Request permit layouts from design teams.
- Follow up with city permits and ensure timely approvals.
- Coordinate corrections and manage returns as needed.
Client Communication:_
- Send permit layouts and final pricing to clients.
- Conduct regular checkins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Pricing Management:_
- Generate pricing quotes for projects.
- Handle pricing revisions based on client feedback.
- Send final pricing and revision quotes to clients.
Production Coordination:_
- Release cutting orders to production.
- Coordinate special orders and manage the ordering process.
- Monitor and manage production timelines.
Design Liaison:_
- Address design concerns and requests from customers.
- Collaborate with design teams for necessary revisions.
Administrative Tasks:_
- Manage software discussion notifications and take appropriate actions.
Site Operations:_
- Conduct site visits for project assessment and client interaction.
- Handle project intakes and ensure all required information is gathered.
Documentation and Reporting:_
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
- Generate and send quote pricing and revision pricing documents.
Proactive Problem Solving:_
- Address and resolve issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Certificate or a minimum of 10 years work experience with one or all the following:
- Sales Account Manager
- Project management with a construction or similar industry
- Customer service representative
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in Office 365 and Outlook.
- Proficient, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Independence and the drive to succeed both individually and as a team member.
- Ability to meet attendance, schedules and timelines with dependability and consistency.

Job Type:
Full-Time.
Salary:
$25.00-$45.00/hr. based on a combination of skills and experience.
Schedule:8-hour shift - Monday - Friday, no weekends, overtime may be required.
Pay:
$25.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
