Job summary
We are seeking an experienced ITSM Lead to own and govern Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes across the portfolio.Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Proven ability to lead Major Incident Management with executive-level communications.
- Extensive experience using ServiceNow (preferred) and Jira for ITSM operations.
