Job summary

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Lead to own and govern Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
  • Proven ability to lead Major Incident Management with executive-level communications.
  • Extensive experience using ServiceNow (preferred) and Jira for ITSM operations.
