JOB PURPOSE
The Business Engagement Partner plays an integral role in the experience and engagement of our Accredited Businesses.
As the main connector with our Accredited Businesses, the Engagement Partner will be working with assigned accredited businesses in Southern Alberta to foster engagement with their relationship with the BBB.
This role helps to maximize usage of BBB programs and services, communicates any matters relating to BBB standards, and to support the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works assigned business accounts through their full life cycle with BBB.
- Owns interactions and relationships with assigned accounts including updating client data entries, following up to confirm that events or program delivery has occurred, and troubleshooting any concerns raised by that business.
- Promotes and coaches' businesses in the proper use of BBB trademarks, escalates noncompliance to Manager, Marketplace Services.
- Acts as a host/ ambassador for business engagement activities, events, and networking.
- Promotes, administers, and monitors usage of BBB programs.
- Strengthen the brand in the community by representing BBB at industry or community events, tradeshows, meetings, as required.
- Develop selling relationships with Accredited Businesses, understanding business size, needs, industry, and how various products can support their needs.
- Sell various advertisements, enhancements, listing, and sponsorships to Accredited Businesses.
- Keep detailed records of customers interactions and communications using BBB's CRM.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- 8hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Salary:
$40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
