Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist with reviewing, issuing and cancelling capex Pos. Lien waiver and insurance certificate organization and maintenance- Contracts review and approval in Sharepoint/Ironclad- Procore Contracts review and approval- Internal and external stakeholder support- Data research, compilation, and analysis- System-level data reconciliation as per request. Perform an investigation of discrepancies.- Other administrative and accounting functions necessary to perform the role

Job Requirements This position requires an organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and to prioritize work effort, all with mínimal supervision.- Invoice review and processing experience is required- Basic understanding of construction cost accounting is required, basic GAAP understanding is preferred- Advanced level of Excel is required- Bilingualism (French and English) is desired for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with vis-à-vis across different departments in the US- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints- Provide a high-level of commitment to customer service with co-workers and stakeholders- Skilled at solving problems and dealing with a variety of options with limited information- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form- Construction industry/ job cost experience is preferred, but not required- Data Center experience is preferred, but not required- Yardi, Procore and Power BI knowledge strongly preferred
