- As a Workday Data Implementation Lead, you will:
- Drive Workday migration project deliverables for end-to end data conversion activities including testing ETL processes
- Participate in Workday implementation activities including discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions related to data conversion activities
- Experience in data management including leading data migration execution (cleansing, extracting, staging, transforming, loading, and verification of data), running mock loads and data verification/validation cycles, resolving data defects, providing expertise, and implementing processes for data governance, etc.
- Facilitate data discovery workshops, downstream impact analyses and proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- Build and customize reporting in Workday to suit the needs of the business
- Work independently as a lead and may manage and direct activities related to analysis, design and support of technical data management solutions on various projects ranging in complexity and size
- Enterprise or functional expert, requiring deep specialized knowledge at the enterprise, business, regulatory and industry levels
Job Requirements
- What can you bring to TD? Tell us about your most relevant experience, credentials and knowledge for this role, as well as these essential requirements and attributes:
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- Seven (7) or more years relevant experience implementing enterprise solutions with at least one full life cycle using Workday
- Sound conceptual knowledge in your area of specialty
- Advanced knowledge of Workday report development (including matrix reports), calculated fields, condition rules, SQUs including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking required
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills
- Develop detailed system installation and implementation plans
- Work independently as a lead and may manage and direct activities related to analysis, design and support of technical data management solutions on various projects ranging in complexity and size
- Design extract, transform and load (ETL) software components.
- Develop and Test ETL processes using DB2, SQL, EIB, SSIS.
- Document process and operational procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources, financial services, and banking products. Working knowledge of Human Capital Management is preferred.
- Experience facilitating crossfunctional team members with complex schedules against a published plan
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently, communicate effectively (both speaking and writing), follow instructions/direction, and help building relationships across teams and functions
