Bayshore is growing and we are seeking Personal Caregivers who are looking for flexible hours. We offer casual one on one home and community care jobs. Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA) Certificate is welcome but not required.


Available Locations:
Various locations through out Winnipeg. (Availability to work in the Windsor Park area is considered an asset).

The Work You Will Do

As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide high-quality and compassionate care to your clients in the community with exceptional customer service.

Some tasks can include personal care and activities of daily living. Homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and general household management. Companionship and/or accompanying clients to activities and events in the community.

Job Qualification


Who You Are

  • Desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
  • Dedicated to providing highquality care services to clients and knowledge of practices for community care
  • Previous client/patient care experience is preferred
  • Morning availability PM & evening availability is an asset but those with other availabilities are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's is an asset
  • Have a reliable vehicle for commuting (this is a strong asset but not required)
  • A clear Police Criminal Record with a Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Must provide Adult and Child Abuse Registry checks
  • Completion of a formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience is considered an asset
  • Must have received the full series of a COVID19 vaccine or combination of COVID19 vaccines approved by Health Canada****Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients. At Bayshore all new hires must have received the full series of a COVID19 vaccine or combination of COVID19 vaccines approved by Health Canada (e.g., two doses of a two dose vaccine series or one dose of a single
- dose vaccine series); AND have received the final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the official start date of hire. Medical exemptions or any other kinds of requested exemptions based upon Human Rights Code will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
