Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area.
- Maintain visitor logs and records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ramara, ON L3V 0Z1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Overnight Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
