The Opportunity
The Business Operations Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring operations projects, business processes, and IT systems to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness within the business operations
• Supporting the development of our people and team effectiveness, including areas such as recruitment, training, and workforce planning
• Developing and managing internal and external communications plans to drive operational effectgiveness and to promote the business and cmopany brand
• Performing financial analysis and preparing reporting materials (presentations, visualizations, summaries) and updating management on the status and performance of various operational initiatives

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a competitive field, preferably commerce, management, or finance
• One to three years of work experience in management consulting, process management, or operational consulting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Apps is required; experience with VBA, SQL, and recruitment software suites is an asset
• Familiarity with fullcycle recruitment and understanding of HR practices and labor legislation is an asset
• Project management experience is an asset
• Knowledge of the Investment Banking and Financial Services Industry is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Innovative and creative thinker who can evaluate and overhaul recruitment processes
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment that requires high initiative, mínimal supervision, and an ability to address shifting priorities in a highpressure environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with remote and geographically dispersed teams
