Job Title:
Forklift Operator


Duties:


  • Safely operate a forklift to move and stack materials in a warehouse environment
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift or other material handling equipment
  • Perform daily inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety issues
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and locate materials
  • Assist with order picking and fulfillment as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Skills:


  • Experience with operating a forklift, including clamp trucks and order pickers
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and order picking accuracy
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the forklift

$16.56-$22.83 per hour
