    Oxford High School Athletics – Schedule

    Oxford Athletics is seeking a Head Coach for Varsity Girls Track & Field. The season begins annually on the corresponding second Monday of March.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate students.
    • Knowledge of sport and commitment to sport.
    • Ability to give time appropriate in quality and quantity to maintain a successful program.
    • Must display a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Scheduling of games and practices.
    • Conducting team meetings.
    • Communicating with student-athletes and families.
    • Monitoring eligibility.
    • Compliance with all MHSAA, OAA, and Oxford Schools Rules & Regulations.
    • Supervision during transportation to and from sporting events.
    • Corresponding with the OHS Athletic Office on a regular basis.
    • Creating and implementing an off-season training plan.
